Robert Icart is the founder of Basketball Training Institute (BTI).
He created BTI in 1997 and has spent decades coaching and developing basketball players in Southern California. BTI combines basketball development with academics, leadership, sports performance, and preparation for college.
Over the years, Icart and BTI have worked with numerous high-level players and helped student-athletes pursue opportunities at colleges and universities across the country.
